Overview
The PFA180 is a continuous particulate monitoring system designed for multiple filter types. It delivers robust monitoring of dust levels and enables reliable filter bag leak detection. The standard system includes a sensor and a remote controller. Installed downstream of the filter, the sensor collects, conditions, amplifies, and analyzes particulate signals, then transmits stable digital data to the controller. The controller supports parameter setting, system configuration, local display, and 4-20mA output.
For project-specific needs, the system can be expanded to multi-channel operation—allowing a single controller to manage multiple sensors. This scalable design improves monitoring efficiency and lowers overall equipment costs.

Functions and Advantages
●Supports long-distance weak signal acquisition with a flexible system architecture for easy expansion.
●Features a graphical Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for an intuitive operating experience, emphasizing user-friendly design.
●Offers multiple communication interfaces to ensure seamless integration with site communication infrastructure.
●Equipped with physical navigation buttons, offering excellent anti-interference performance and stable operation, even in complex working environments.
●Supports diverse data display formats, providing real-time, accurate feedback on equipment operating status.
●Made with imported cast aluminum housing, offering exceptional mechanical strength, excellent sealing performance, and outstanding electromagnetic shielding.

Working Principle
In the gas delivery pipeline, the high-speed flowing medium drives the movement of particulate matter. When these charged particles pass through the probe, a weak induced current signal is generated. The characteristics of this signal are closely related to the particulate concentration. The PFA180 monitor can sensitively detect the dynamic changes in the electric field and charge caused by the particles. Through its unique signal processing circuit and high-speed computing core, it analyzes and eliminates interference in real time, outputting accurate and stable particulate concentration measurements.
