Overview
The PFA14 is a continuous particulate monitoring device designed for various types of filters. It provides reliable dust concentration level monitoring and fault-based bag leak detection. The device consists of a sensor and a remote controller: The sensor is installed downstream of the filter, responsible for capturing, adjusting, amplifying, and analyzing particulate signals. It then transmits stable digital signals to the remote controller. The controller allows for parameter setting, system configuration, on-site display, and outputs a 4-20mA Analog signal.

Functions and Advantages
· Supports long-distance weak signal collection with flexible system architecture for easy expansion.
· Icon-based Human-Machine Interface (HMI) provides an intuitive operation experience, highlighting user-friendly design.
· Multiple communication interfaces ensure seamless integration with on-site communication architecture.
· Equipped with physical navigation keys, providing excellent anti-interference performance and stable operation, adaptable to complex working environments.
· Supports various display formats for real-time and accurate feedback on equipment status.
· Made of imported cast aluminum housing, featuring excellent mechanical strength, superior sealing performance, and excellent electromagnetic shielding.
Working Principle
In gas delivery pipelines, high flow velocity transports particulate matter through the sensing zone. As particles pass the probe, the sensor generates a low-level induced current containing essential concentration-related data. The PFA14 sensitively captures dynamic changes in the flow field’s electric charge and field intensity. Using a proprietary circuit and advanced algorithm, the system samples and processes signals at high speed—effectively filtering interference to extract valid particulate concentration data with high accuracy.
