Product Introduction

The PFA02 Particulate Monitor builds on the proven platform of the PFA13, engineered specifically to perform reliably in harsh industrial environments. It combines high sensitivity, rapid frequency response, and outstanding operational stability. Leveraging mature sensing technology and proprietary intelligent algorithms, the PFA02 delivers real-time, accurate monitoring of dust concentration in gas pipelines. It is the ideal solution for industries including petroleum and petrochemical, coal chemical, non-ferrous metal, and steel smelting—supporting operational safety, process optimization, and environmental compliance.

Functions and Advantages

· Fast Processing and High-frequency Response

· High Sensitivity and Unique Algorithm

· Strong Contamination Resistance

· Innovative Insulation Sealing

· Adjustable Sensitivity

· Long-term Stability

· Integrated Design

· Low Maintenance Cost

· Real-Time Data Visualization

Working Principle

In gas delivery pipelines, high flow velocity transports particulate matter through the sensing zone. As particles pass the probe, the sensor generates a low-level induced current containing essential concentration-related data. The PFA02 can sensitively detect the dynamic changes in the electric field and charge, and, through unique signal processing circuits and a high-speed computing core, it analyzes and eliminates interference in real time, providing accurate and stable particulate concentration measurements.
