The PFA13 is a high-performance particulate sensor designed for in-situ, isokinetic measurement. Featuring an integrated 24V DC design, it delivers fast sampling rates and high-frequency response with exceptional sensitivity. Its proprietary algorithm and mechanical construction minimize both installation and maintenance costs. The sensor maintains consistent performance even with minor contamination, ensuring excellent repeatability, long-term stability, and precise process tracking. Built with advanced materials and an insulated sealing structure, it offers high mechanical and electrical stability, resists moisture absorption, and is engineered for reliable long-term operation in harsh environments—including petrochemical, coal chemical, non-ferrous metal smelting, and steel industries.

Particulate Monitor

The PFA02 Particulate Monitor builds on the proven platform of the PFA13, engineered specifically to perform reliably in harsh industrial environments. It combines high sensitivity, rapid frequency response, and outstanding operational stability. Leveraging mature sensing technology and proprietary intelligent algorithms, the PFA02 delivers real-time, accurate monitoring of dust concentration in gas pipelines. It is the ideal solution for industries including petroleum and petrochemical, coal chemical, non-ferrous metal, and steel smelting—supporting operational safety, process optimization, and environmental compliance.

PFA02

Particulate Monitor

The PFA14 is a continuous particulate monitoring device designed for various types of filters. It provides reliable dust concentration level monitoring and fault-based bag leak detection. The device consists of a sensor and a remote controller: The sensor is installed downstream of the filter, responsible for capturing, adjusting, amplifying, and analyzing particulate signals. It then transmits stable digital signals to the remote controller. The controller allows for parameter setting, system configuration, on-site display, and outputs a 4-20mA Analog signal.

PFA14

Particulate Monitoring System

The PFA180 is a continuous particulate monitoring system designed for multiple filter types. It delivers robust monitoring of dust levels and enables reliable filter bag leak detection. The standard system includes a sensor and a remote controller. Installed downstream of the filter, the sensor collects, conditions, amplifies, and analyzes particulate signals, then transmits stable digital data to the controller. The controller supports parameter setting, system configuration, local display, and 4-20mA output.

For project-specific needs, the system can be expanded to multi-channel operation—allowing a single controller to manage multiple sensors. This scalable design improves monitoring efficiency and lowers overall equipment costs.
